The Melampo Floor Lamp is a true chameleon: it masquerades as a standard floor lamp with a regular shade, but the shade can be pivoted about the bulb assembly, to completely change its look and the lighting effect. Melampo's adjustable diffuser, in pale grey (for grey version) or beige (for bronze version) silk and polycarbonate fiber blend, has an inner adjustment assembly in anodized aluminum. When the shade is rotated, the stem locks into a groove in the shade, allowing adjustment to full downward, 30 degree upward and full upward positions.
